I think I have one new in box from a boat we no longer have. I'll check and if you are interested let me know.

EDIT: I just checked, I do have one new in box. 892150q02, New in box, $40 out the door if you want it.

Thanks, Ive seen those before but thought they weren't correct, they've changed them from the original, the timing module also wires to those studs on the one I posted

[QUOTE=F
Might try taking it to a GM - Chevy dealer. When I had on go bad years ago I got one from a Merc dealer for a lot of $. Had a friend on the dock at the time that retired from GM and was involved in a lot of their R&D including to coil per cylinder set up. He said it was just a standard GM part and more than likely just needed to have the solder joints re done. I think after him telling me that I researched and found the GM part number etc.

Way cheaper than from Merc dealer.

That is a merc only item. West marine sells a Sierra replacement for about $65. The one with studs is obsolete, the new part number has short leads and bullet connectors

Yup !

This summer dealt with a broken t-bolt pick up due to a new rotor that was tweaked and I didn't notice....was not about to put in a newer pick-up that many complain about reliability problems. Searched people that I knew that had replaced their Tbolt distributors with something else. like MSD or etc, and asked if they wanted to sell their old pick-up.

I have a bunch of boats I work on that are from late 8o's and 90's that have a quazilion hrs on their OE Tbolt pickups...

Edit in: the pick up shown by Speedy above is the old style good one's. The newer one's have leads you need to crimp. Gone are the posts w/nuts.
