Need some ideas on where to stay. Kid friendly
Ill be trailering the 38. So I will be needing parking for the truck and trailer.
Also a good place to launch.

No shortage of great places to stay but not many with dockage. Great ramp near the convention center and Brooks Bridge Marina. Brooks Bridge has transient slips with floating docks and a few hotels within a walk or quick drive.

IN my recent experience while looking for a hotel in Cocoa Beach use Airbnb or the like instead. You can get an entire house for less than the price of a crummy hotel room. You won't have to put up with cramped quarters for storing the boat, scummers slamming doors at all hours of the night and early morning, you'll get multiple rooms (on occasion) a kitchen, sometimes a pool and it will be MUCH cleaner with first hand reviews right there for you to gauge your decision. I'll never stay at a hotel again.
