Good Performance Boat Surveyor Around Tom's River, NJ?
I know many of you recommend Ed Cozzi in FL, but the boat I'm looking at is sub $30K and doesn't justify sending him all the way up from FL to NJ. Anybody have any referrals around Tom's River, NJ? And also, what should a survey and sea trial cost on one of these boats? One guy quoted me $24.00/foot or $696 on a 29FT boat. Plus he wants another $100 to scan the engines for $796 total. About right?
