Anyone ever heard of Catera Boats?

I'm in the market for a go fast CC and I saw this boat in a yatch trader. Does anyone know anything about these boats? Where did the hull design come from?

Sorry dont know much about Catera but GS (glasstream) out of The panhandle has a new tooled 28 the is awesome. 84 on gps with 5 adults and 1/2 fuel wit 250's, pretty fast. Imagine 2.5's or 300's
