Didn't go very well.... 1st time I ever thrown a blade off a prop...

Not a matter of if but when on Bravo I lab finished props. I've seen a couple just like that.

Yeah I've been running the snot out of that prop for over 150 hours...., just glad that it didn't take out the cavitation plate on the XR or do any damage to the rest of the drive or the boat

The one time I've had one come off like that, it took out the cavitation plate and the lower as well. You got lucky.

File that rough edge down and run at 3/4 throttle, you'll be fine.
