Default No brakes!

My trailer has been siting for over a year. The titan brakerite 2 eoh pump is running but has no pressure. I cracked a bleeder screw and no fluid is coming out. I had this happen in the past and after letting the pump run it built pressure. This year it hasn't built pressure yet. Do they get a air lock or just go bad from sitting?

They are not a serviceable unit unfortunately, and they do eventually give up the ghost.

Did you remove the brass fitting at the back of the EoH unit, and see if any fluid comes out there?

Best thing to do, once you have any pressure. take one brake pad out. pump the brake pedal until the piston comes out and makes pressure again. then push the piston back in to the caliper. this pushes any air that can trapped that doesn't come out from normal assembly. Seems to work to work every time. I do this while Caliper is still on bracket with Rotor in place.

I have this system. After 200 - 300 miles.... It leaked fluid between the pump housing and its base ( fluid reservoir ). One of the two #10 screws ( 3/16 dia. ) broke that holds pump to base. From vibration of the pump is what I think. I removed the broken #10 machine screw drilled and taped them to 1/4 Dia. bolts. After 3 years of use no problems yet.

Having same issue, pump runs but no pressure. Fluid does come out at bleeder valve, but barely. Pump use to be really loud, now half that noise. Checked voltage at truck plug, good voltage, 13.25. Checked voltage at trailer harness going into white module, again good voltage and also voltage will show what controller is set at in the truck. Replace the actuator?
