Boat will run perfect then feels like it is running out of gas. Have changed fuel separators and VST filters. Sometimes just one of them dies but often it is both at same time. When I try to restart it will stumble like it not getting gas and die. If you try to start it every couple minutes for about 30 minutes it will start and run fine again.. Totally baffled. I would be thinking fuel or trash in the tank but feel it would be unlikely that both fuel pickups would clog at the same time. Please help if you have any ideas.

Check your grounds. Could be a corrosion issue causing lack of fire. Also have you looked in the tank to verify there isnt trash?

Next time it dies. Spin the filter off and see if it's full of fuel

Make sure tank vents are clear (no wasp nests,ect). Also , have you run with hatch open to check for any exhaust leaks? Good Luck!!!

When you get it to start again, does it ever die some time later?

Both engines, strange, check grounds, try loosening the gas fill cap
