Need A pic of the wiring colors on a 2001 ish 500 Efi and a pic of what wire is on the plug . I have sold my harness and don't know which wire is to excite the alt . One is purple I think . And the other is the signal wire ?

Purple = 12v power on with key in on/run position

Orange = alternator output, and then goes to the starter side, Purple wire, also black wire (ground) and red / purple wire these are back side of the stock alternator .

12 V purple / and back side of ign switch I terminal / battery side on back side of tach and other gauges.

red / purple back side of ign switch B terminal. Also splice to 50 amp circuit breaker and starter slave solenoid
