Baja has bow hatches made for their boats. Most manufacturers use standard aftermarket square Bomar style hatches. I would contact Baja and ask their recommendation and what they are made of.

I have always wet sanded and buffed the bomar hatches on my Baja's. They will look like new when you do this. The hatches are acrylic and I use 2000 to start and finish with 3000.
