Just changed my upper and lower and boat does not feel right, feels sluggish. When I changed the props when the drive is warm, the prop shaft does not spin as freely as when cold (checked my other boat, and prop shaft spins the same when warm).
Is that normal?

Any thoughts on the prop shaft friction?
Looks like I will have to change my upper from the 1:36 back to 1:50, so not sure if I have to take the lower apart to inspect (I don't have the specialty tools, so would have to buy them or take it in, which I would prefer not to do if I don't really have to). Or is that slight friction when warm normal.
Thanks,
