Have you done any work on the boat lately? Start on shorting the windsheild?

Not yet. I was forced into a move from my current shop to a new one. My landlord said I could stay tell spring HOWEVER he stole all my oil so I guess he has different plans. I found a new location and I am currenly moving onto that. When things settle down a bit I may start into it then. External steering will be the first step this winter

The Ex landlord is still being a dink. I made him a offer to pay me half of my total damages. I am still waiting to hear from him. I just do not want to have to go to court and my lawer said that if I can keep it out of court I will get paid faster and also about the same as if I accept half of what I am looking for. So I said ok that sounds resonable...... I think my landlord is going to tell me to go screw so then it will have to get nasty. I will get him for triple damages on the oil and then full amount on the rest of the stuff. The only problem is that this lawer said he will not handle the case in court as it is to small for him. So I will have to find a new lawer. I am just baffled that the lease that I have seems to have NO weight!!!!

What a joke-- People do crap on others because they know that they can get away with it. They know that it will cost more than that in court. I say get even with him if he doesn't pay up. PAYBACKS ARE HELL. PEOPLE TELL ME ALL THE TIME THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO GET ON MY BAD SIDE- BECAUSE I GET EVEN.
