Even when it's not 100% accurate a news story can do some good. A chance meeting at a Jacksonville gym got a news reporter to bend over backwards to get a story on the air before the run to help get some donations.

Huge thank you to Erik and Channel 4 Jax for the story. They say they got great feedback and want to do a feature if the run happens next year complete with a ride and maybe a chopper on the run.

Thanks guys. Yvonne actually got the reporter interested and then he took the ball and ran with it. The station loved it and we heard from a lot of people that wanted more info.

Good stuff! Might see if we can make it to next years. Wish there were more of these type of events in the FL area, take advantage of the 12 month season.
