OT..I now have SATELLITE T.V.!!!!! Oh yeah!!
So, have I joined the new millenium yet? DVD, Satellite t.v., and a 32" t.v. Advantage Rob, am I out of the 90's yet???? LOL!!

Do you have HDTV? I heard that the Direct TV / Echostar merger got axed by the FCC, so I may "pull the trigger" and get this...

That's not saying much though. Which sat provider did you go with? I was thinking just the basic's on my DirecTv, I ended up with all kinds of damn channels and a $75 p/mth bill too
It all started when I saw the basic was only $29.99 p/mth I'm a far cry from there now. I did find some wierd glitch type thing, Channel 287 or 387 says the NASA channel, but it plays free pay per view stuff for some reason. Also, Be sure to tune into the promotional channels (where they talk about how great they are), On those channels the let you know about which premium channels are doing a free promotional week, which normally you would just skip those channels.

BTW - I was just down at Lake Cumberland last weekend. For a change, we put in up at the north end of the lake near Somerset. There are some unbelievable lake houses for sale down there - cheap! Didn't you mention something about a job offer down there sometime in the past?
