I thought I already replied, but doing so again. The Challenge is moving into Clear Lake. Course is supposed to be .75 miles. Longest straight run in Clear Lake is about 2.2 miles past a few very sturdy channel markers outside of South Shore Harbor. It could be that the Nassau Bay Hilton is the place to be for comfortable viewing. There are still a few details to work out as there are 7 jurisdictions involved.

I only did this run once (in that passion Statement posted) and it was so much fun. The people, the run, Kenny's house, and all of it just makes it such a great event.

Yes, and it's a great move IMO.
Did I mention there's a party?

It always makes things so much easier when an event is in your hometown and not drag the boat 250 miles for fun. We are excited and ready to burn some gas!
