Z Care / Marine Inovations
Any one have experiance with getting claims payed by this extended warranty company. I had a input shaft pinion gear break in two and they are trying to get out of paying by saying it was due to impact with the water (wave jumping).

I broke the gear set on my Bravo 1, which has now been updated with a stronger gear set, and they said the same thing. Never did get anything but bad vibes from them. Donzi has a great product, but I believe they should pick up a different extended warranty company. Rep from Marine Innovations was not a nice person!
