I have a buddy with a 1996 Donzi 16' classic with a 4.3 and Captains Call through hull exhaust.

He is interested in installing a procharger on the 4.3.

Does anyone here have any experience with Procharged 4.3???

I've seen them on a couple of S10 Blazers, seem to work well, even with the factory injection. Never seen one in a boat.

Check out Car Craft Mag last month or two. They put a vortec on a mild 4.3 went from 300hp to 425hp and upped the boost and hit just 500 and popped a head gasket. Did add 100-125 hp non-intercooled HP very easily.

but I bet it works good. I had a freind that had a Dustins Whipel (sp) charger on an S-10 with a 4.3L and it was outrages but he burend holes in is pistons at 30,000 miles
