Formula SR1 or Fastech cabin interior

I looked at a 303 today. It was great except the cabin walls were coming unglued and they were dirty. Also, the headliner is sagging on all three panels (center and both sides). How hard of a job is it to tackle myself (redoing the walls and headliner)? If I were to hire it out, how much would a job like that cost approximately? Truthfully, I'm not looking for a project so, it'll be most likely hired out unless it is cost prohibitive.
Thanks!

Now I know. It ran and performed well, but was quite a different story in the cabin. Not that I would spend much time there, but it was pretty bad.

FYI, I called several Marine Upholstery shops here in SW Florida. Most places don't do headliners, period. That job has got to be a bummer.
There were two shops that would do the headliner. I got guesstimates around $3000 +/-. One guy said he just finished a 32' Cigarette and it ended up being a $3100 job.
