'97 Baja Islander turning a labbed Mirage+ 25p or a Rev4 at 5600 with a 502. The Rev4 performs much better, so the question is can adding more cup to the Rev4 do the job to bring the revs down and get the bow up on this pig, or is the 25p the way to go?

Who Labbed the Rev 4 23 pitch?
What are the WOT rpm and speed numbers on a average day?
My initial thought is to add a bit of pitch and a bit of cup to the 23. But, we need to see what your slip % is.

What is your performance goal?
Who Labbed the M+? What are its performance numbers?
The slip isn't too bad on the Rev 4.

Actually after looking at my notes that's on the 25p M+ and 22% slip and I need more trials on the Rev4 to be sure. My goal is too drop the RPMs to 5200 and lift the bow as much as possible. Aluminum heads, manifold, and headers have taken a chunk of weight out of the stern.
Thanks for your help, Brett!
