Default Upgrading the black dash / cockpit to white

Recently purchased a 35 Cafe Racer, and loving it. Wanting to start doing some upgrades. A couple questions:

the existing black dash / door / etc. in the cockpit (it's a 1989). Does someone make replacement molds of these pieces in white gelcoat, or do people paint them?

Thanks!

Paint...Unless you have them custom made but that would not be cost affective. Gotta strip it all the way down and pull the panels. Usually pull the sliding door off too. Plenty of people on here have done it. It can really update the look of the cockpit when it's done with new gauges, wheel and controls.

It would be cool to mold steps into the door if you pulled it to redo it.

Default Steps in sliding door

I like the idea of steps in the door. Getting too old to climb up on deck. Anyone ever take on a task like this?

Would love to update my Gun for steps on door, however I think it would be expensive even if it's possible.
