I'd probably re-think the "yea, good luck" comment since Gino's done pretty good on boat sales (the last lambo MTI, the Mercedes MTI, etc). This thing will probably get close to the asking price or some form of it (with or with-out car, etc). Just a thought, quasi call-out thread with out knowing the history might not be a good idea.

I'm sure this question has been answered before but Why is he selling it? What is he building now?
