Vacuum bagged balsa, five full length stringers and six forward bulkheads ought to do it.

That was a fun project. First time we built a canopied boat crazy how far we come since then. The fuel system was the biggest pain it had 4 tanks under the cockpit floor and we were running the Merc 800 EFI and you had fuel returns from the engines that had to go back to the tank you were picking up from so it had a mess a valves that Bruce had to switch so they didn't run out of fuel.
