How were you RPM wise with the B1? The 25 Rev 4. Is a lot more prop than a 26B1. I'd like to see how you make out. When are you trying it. Post some back to back results if you can.

When it's the wife and I out on the water, I'll hit the limiter with the BBlades Bravo 1/26P. I agree, the Rev 4 diameter is rather large but I kinda figured at 1" less pitch it may be the ticket. As for any water testing........., it's gonna be awhile, our waters are full of debris from the constant heavy rains we've gotten week after week. Just when it starts to clear another heavy storm rolls in. I've already bent one blade on the BBlades 26P and I'm not taking any more risks on another prop or drive, it's ugly around here. Just came back from Lake Cumberland KY where it's beautiful, shame its so far away from me. I'll post back once I try it out.

I had a 25p Rev 4 on a 24 ft outlaw 502 mag. It was slow out of the hole and ran at 4600rpm. It's a big diameter prop. I switched to a 25p 3 blade mirage. Way better with the mirage. Faster and mix better out of the hole

Thanks for the info. I realize it'll be slow out of the hole more so because it's a pad hull but I've got to give it a try.

Actually never really measured the "X" dimension for drive height. I'm sure it's standard issue as the boat was set up with a lower HP 496 MAG motor, nothing exotic............. But I agree the big diameter prop would favor a higher "X" dimension.

Update on the 25P (stock) Revolution 4: I'm big time impressed with this prop. Hole shot with trim 1/2 down from full, 80 gals of fuel, coolers and skis, inflatables, towels and misc. stuff (wife 121 lbs, me at 175 lbs, 5 grandkids at 475 total of the 5), 3 seconds and it's on plane, motor doesn't lug like the Bravo did and it was 96 degrees w/82% humidity (boating in a sauna). As for top speed, can't give you that yet as I had all the grand kids in the boat yesterday, but aside from that, I'm love'n this prop so far, it's a 25P (big as they go), but if all works out, it'll be off to the prop shop for some extra cupping and/or pitch as needed. Even though it's a pad boat, I was able to keep the bow much higher than normal while cruising at 40-50 MPH, and it felt very good all around. I did notice a little blowout (big dia. prop) at time of hole shot but it's easy to control by just pulling back a little as time to plane is so fast anyway. In a nut shell, if you can borrow one to try...........DO IT.
