no markings on them, there is one large o-ring to seal the lid and each one of the bolts have a small o-ring on them, I need to order new lids

Looks like Teagues for sure, But someone took the studs and wing nuts off, you can get rubber covered washers with built in orings that would make things easier
Those might have used the flat Rubber washer not the o ring, does the cover have a sharp cut flat bottom where the bolt goes through (recessed)

O=ring is round, the outside ring of the lid has all broke off and must be drawing air in, the engine wont prime.

This is the poorest design Ive seen,
