Default Prestige Motor Sports engine builders? t

Anyone have experience with this company? I've been speaking to a guy there about building a engine for my inboard boat over going with a reman from mercury marine. Any input on this company or custom engine builders in general is greatly appreciated.

What are the benefits in going with a custom builder over a merc reman? I'm looking for longevity from my new engine and I'd like the quality to be there. The price of a 383 from this builder is about in line with what a merc reman would be. This builder offers a 3 year warranty where merc is only offering a single year. I'm hesitant because if a problem arises with the engine who would I take it to? Not like there are certified techs to take these guy to like a merc service shop has. As said, any input is greatly appreciated.
