Cool Anyone in IL looking for indoor heated storage?

A friend of mine in Lake Zurich has some 30,000sqft avail for some boat storage. Its a heated building and there is an alarm system as well. The place is a candle factory and he also rents part of the place out to a cedar roofing company so the place smeels great! There is also a guy who does vinyl graphics work there too if anyone was thinking about getting anything done over winter! If anyone is interested email me or shoot me a PM.

Wild, Its a bit far from St. Louis Probably about a 4 hour ride from there. Lake Zurich is north of Chicago a bit. I'd say its about 30-45min north of Downtown Chiacgo and about 30 min south of the IL/WI border.

I just got off the phone with him and he says $30 per foot for the whole winter. So if you have a 30' boat it will be $900 till the end of April. Boat must be out by May 1st. I also dont know for a fact but he thinks he might be limited in size to about 38'
The entrance to the back of the factory is on the side and there isnt a whole lot of room to maunver around. But they have a forklift thats able to pull the boats around. Then again it dont hurt to try and fit something bigger with the fork if it will! I dont think you can beat the price he's charging for this setup around here for a heated space!

RV, yes thats the place. Sticker dude rents a spot from him and uses most of the loading docks for his work
