The engine is a 502mpi (cool fuel) with Imco Powerflow, reprogrammed ECU, adj fuel pressure, honed intake, free flow flame arrestor, etc. 24p Bravo 1. To be fair, that speed was speed over ground. I was just entering the Detroit River from Lake St. Claire so probably benefited from a 2mph current. Further out on the lake, still water, I have seen 64.
