I don't disagree about pricing, however, a 27' Sea Vee is hardly a "bass boat"... Have you checked the prices of new custom built/built to order center consoles and bay boats? It's crazy.

Texas flats boats also called bay boats have been found unsafe by a United States Coast Guard Contractor. Bay boats / flats boats are relatively flat bottomed for shallow water operation.

In July 2012, Kali Gorzel, a 16 year old girl loved by hundreds, fell from a bay boat off Port Aransas Texas when the operator lost control in a relatively slow speed turn and the boat spun, she fell overboard, and was fatally struck by the propeller.

In the wake of the Kali Gorzell accident, her parents began to hear of other similar accidents, bay boats spinning out of control.

Believe it or not I’ve seen similar boats just as much . Look at whAt a new 23 foot albury cc goes for . It’s shocking to most but they sell.

My buddy built one 2 years ago and spent 103K.......they list that same 23 now for 122!

Love Alburys but the owner can be tough to deal with (grouchy). He skipped a local boat show recently because he was already sold out for the year, thought the show was a waste of time/money.

I'll take 10 more feet and an extra engine all day long thanks

thats a wild number for a 23 foot cc !!! But obviously there desireable boat .
