Bravo style pump, the switch makes a click noise at the pump. How do I test the motor? And, or do I just replace the solenoid? How do i know which solenoid needs to be replaced?

The solenoid with blue wires is the UP(sky). Then solenoid with the green wires is the DOWN(grass) Black wires are grounds. Use a short piece of wire as a jumper and jump it across the small red and small blue wires on the UP solenoid. MOTOR SHOULD RUN but may just click. IF IT JUST CLICKS then jump across the large red and large blue wires. Motor should run then for sure as you are bypassing the solenoid putting 12 volts straight to the motor. That solenoid would be bad if it just clicks but motor runs when jumping the large terminals. Do the same test on the other solenoid.
