Have a 21 Eliminator and looking to replace current bumpers with polished steel and recommendations
located in Central FL.

Rub rail, exactly. Also it appears to be riveted are there other mounting methods? Thanks

All of the rub rails I have seen have the rub rail "cove" screwed (SS) to the boat, sealed with 4200 or the like. And the Stainless Steel insert is screwed to that bigger piece, with nice oval head SS screws.
