Wait, I love OB rigs. Own a couple of my own.
We make a awesome 4 blade OB propeller called a Blaster. By far the best prop on our Bullet and well as our Hydrostream and others we have had.
What prop is your 28? Is the engine a 2.5 ProMax possibly?
