Was told he was the creator of OSO and sold it to a guy in miami

Correct. He sold OSO to Steve Schuble and Steve sold it to IB

I met Steve at a APBA race in Corpus C Texas way back in 2003. He had his OSO stickers on alot of boats back then.

Who is IB the current owners
