Like the Tampa Run change and Downtown Tampa is growing and getting better. I think that will be a positive one for time to come. especially if they keep it there while all the new city plans are being built.

To my way of thinking, the biggest change is with the Miami Boat Show Poker Run. It's no longer a weekend "destination" run.

All sound like positive changes to me. It will be nice to change things up a little.

Makes you wonder why you need to "do the run" in your boat. You could drive to the "day destinations" faster than you can get there in the boat! Day trip up the Miami river? That is filthy water with tons of commercial traffic (Haiti bound freighters come to mind).

Wonder if the MTI run that has been run on the same weekend is taking up some of that unobtainable dock space/hotel rooms in the keys......

The date of the MTI event does not conflict with any FPC Keys event this year.

You can drive to all the Tampa poker run spots quicker by car as well by i can promise you its a lot more fun by boat.
