If I'm using the swing arm adjustable bracket do I need the std length 1 3/4"?

Seems like there should be a shim or shoulder sleeve that mounts btwn the pulley and the swing arm. What am I overlooking here.

The 'sleeve' you are looking for is shown just above the gold bolt and just to the left of the pulley. There are different lengths available, they have a 6" idler also. Give them a call. The washer goes on the bolt, then the pulley; the small end of the sleeve fits inside the bearings in the pulley. Bolt threads into the swingarm.

Yup I will have to give them a call. They don't make it clear on their site what the different length shoulder sleeves are all about. They have 1.55, 1 3/4 & 2 3/4. The idler pulley is also reversible for alignment purposes (off set more on one side). They have 3 pulleys. A 4", 6" & and another 4" that's 2" wide. I can only see where the different lengths could potentially benefit is with the other block mount bracket.
