Doesnt look like it from the color. Hard to tell in pic but that exposed area might just be woven roving, or something similar?

wouldn't the HIN # help to determine if it was a kevlar lay up ?

nothing in the HIN that refers to layup, my old TG was kevlar, had a yellowish color to it, I dont think the above pic is kevlar

Due to being quite colorblind I cannot comment on the color in your pic onig but it does appear to have a "fuzzy" texture where you have hit with a sander or grinder. Is this the case? I ask simply because Kevlar does this very thing, or so I am told and have read. I will be taking delivery of our project boat here in February and I know it is Kevlar at least I have the benefit of knowing before I get there.

Guys- Look at where he ground into the actual cloth. If that isn't Kevlar, I don't know what it is. It looks exactly like a roll of kevlar I have in front of me, Pyro's boat just has a larger weave.

Thanks for checking guys.
It definitely is yellow of color and indeed a different texture when sanded! Also hard to cut.
Ill take better pictures tomorrow.

Looks like Kevlar to me . . . .

it is most like in inter-laminate ply and not the entire build. What year is your boat?

Look under the dash, or any access hole in the cabin and take a pic. It will be a strong gold color if it is
