Congratulations to all involved!

hoping that future builds continues with resin infusion, as how this orange&black hull was built.

Don't take this the wrong way, I was never a huge Fountain fan. But as the saying goes, you don't know what you got until it's gone. It is so nice to see Fountain back, guns blazin', mixing it up quick. So nice to see a group running the Company that is smart enough to have the Fountain family involved and apparently with enough passion to bring the name back strong.

Big thumbs up.

Same boat. Sounds like they are using the Fountain name only for marketing purposes??

Same paint and it says they are being built at the Fountain Plant so it probably is. The add says 115 mph which puts it with some of the other cats with the same size and power. Starts at $300k.

Developed by Smart Marine it is a modified Doug Wright. I believe Smart Marine ran into money troubles and lost or had to sell the molds to Big Thunder Marine.

Its actually a modified 35 year old Maelstrom 32 hull with a doug wright deck on it...so start with two great designers stuff, Michael Peters and DW, change a bit and claim it as your own. Hopefully Fountain can get some sales out of it though.
