Default Livorsi GPS Speedo Not Working

New to me boat. Original 2006 era Livorsi GPS speedo not working. Where's the first place to look? Battery? Puck? Or?

Thanks!

Livorsi will just try to sell you a new one. Use the search, there was a topic on this last year that has lots of information.

Check the Antenna first.
Mine is an '06-'07 vintage, has the little rectangular antenna in the locker behind the dash. It was stuck on with double sided tape and had come loose. Hanging by its wire in the bottom of the locker. Stuck it back on in an upright position, all good.
I think there are different fault codes identified by what the gauge shows. Mine would automatically jump to the 9 o'clock position and not move which means antenna issue.

Use Google, there's many threads on here and other forums. Good luck!

If you go the Livorsi's web site under Tech tools and then, GPS Speedo, they will walk you through it. I believe they show 2 speedo's of different years used.

Tech Tools - Product manuals and installation guides - Livorsi Marine, Inc.

It is more than likely the battery antenna. Get it apart and have batteries plus put a battery in it. There is a thread on here about it. Jeff wurl
