On my trial run with the new engine, I had an issue with the lower seat cushions falling to the floor.. Has anyone attached theirs in some fashion ?

My rear seats on the VR 1 are similar but I have never had them fall to the floor. They actually fit quite snugly. That being said....The easiest way to fix it would be be to apply Velcro to the seat base and bottom of the seats. Pay the extra money and get the heavy duty Velcro brand.

I'm assuming you have a cut out to access storage beneath the cushion? Do you have the strip of starboard screwed to the underside of the cushion to keep it from sliding forward? My cushions stay in place with this set-up.

Now that I think about it mine are the same way. The front has to be lifted up before removing. Much better then my Velcro idea.

Great point, mine is the same and there are strips of starboard on the underside to keep the cushions in place.

Just remembered that my rear cushions were upstairs so will attempt a picture.

Yup same here. They stay solid with the stop on the bottom of the cushion.
