Every year I do something different to the old Havasu sheriff boat that I bought six years ago Last year I install the new comp cam x4270hr cam and this year I bought some new afr heads 180cc. Edelbrock Rpm intake manifold My question is I didn’t have enough money for new exhaust manifolds what type of valve covers fit with the stock exhaust will be putting new exhaust next year
350 mag
compcam x4270hr
afr 180cc Heads
scorpion 1.5 roller rockers
edelbrock rpm intake manifold
Edelbrock 1409 carburetor
What type of valve cover would fit with the stock exhaust ?

Stock valve covers will work with a small trick or two.
The oil breather baffle will need to be slightly squeezed when installing over the roller rockers. Once past the trunion fulcrum point the baffle will have plenty of room. Next you need to use a double thick valve cover gasket to give you the extra .060" or so of clearance on the rocker poly lock. This should clear the valve train and the stock exhaust manifold.
