on the 12th while unpacking and laying out the transom for hydraulic steering it turned out
the order came with 2 right side brackets. no biggie the holes can still be drilled.

a call to imco and ron right away and w/out question sent a left bracket 2nd day express.
today, another call to imco because i have no concept of time and thought maybe he's waiting to get
the one that won't work back before he sends the replacement to me. (expensive part)

nope ! ron called UPS and UPS lost the package !
without hesitation, ron for a second time sent out a new bracket 2nd day express.

total stand up guy, his actions on this are greatly appreciated.

the one i returned was delivered to him today.
promised that if the lost box ever arrives i'll call him and send it back.
we're both gonna be tracking the item this go around

For the life of me I can't understand how UPS is still in business with all of the lost and or damaged packages and lack of warranty warranty they offer.
BUT IMCO is a great company to deal with.

IMCO is great to deal with. Great customer service. Tech support is always available and seldom
needed.

Ron was outstanding in helping me and even made sure that I didnt buy more than I needed. He could have easily sold me the entire ram but stripped it down in parts and cost to only what I needed. That was after offering to retube it for next to nothing.

They are worth every penny....

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ron. I purchased a pair of SC uppers from someone close to Imco and was leery about sending thousands of dollars to someone I didn't know but worse was my fear of buying junk. I talked to Ron and he agreed to examine the uppers that the seller agreed to drop off to him. Ron reported back to me the condition, one needing seals. I paid the seller, Ron installed the seals and shipped them to me, I was totally impressed with his care and service using his freight contacts and very reasonable rates. Thank You Ron!
