Default X Cat Hulls

who makes those X-Cat race boats? I know Victory makes their boats but who makes all the rest? Could they race them on the US circuits.

.

victory boats are built by Victory but was designed by Ocke Mannerfelt

COMPANY Mannerfelt design team

Mannerfelt has completed the design of the next generation of his XCat hull to handle the 400ROS motors

Swecat Racing?s Hypercat ? Powerboat Racing World

the other boat manufacturers that race in XCat and in US circuits are DougWright and MTI

it looks like one will race in US waters for 2019

my marketing acumen ( which is almost zero ) tells me that there is a lot at stake here

if this hull "wins on Sunday, they will sell 'em on Monday"

I honestly think that they would sell 'em on Tuesday

Many of the Xcat teams use the Victory hull. Each team can have changes made to suit their needs so not every hull is identical. There is one MTI and several DWs as Noli stated. I just recently got into this series and have watched every race posted on their YouTube channel. Their race/lap format is definitely different than here in the US.
