Hey all,
Wanted to know what everyone is using for a covering under the rear seat and where the 6x9 speakers go. I am in the process of upholstering my rear seat and wanted to freshen up the grey (Berber) carpet, found on the inside / backside of seat. I have been searching but cant seem to find the carpet without backing so I can glue it in place.
Thanks

Which Fastech do you have? Just to be clear, you're referring to the storage area under the rear bench? There is no carpeting there on my 353 and I'm not sure why you would want it. If you're installing speakers there, I would think carpeting the inside would be analogous to carpeting the inside of stereo speaker.
You would not do it as it would absorb/deaden the sound.

Thanks for the response. I have a 312, and it came with carpet from the factory. Just to be clear, the carpet is on the under side of the seat, and outside where the speakers are mounted. I think the only reason it is there is to give it a finished look.
