2018 marks the 21st year for the New Jersey Powerboat Club's Atlantic City Powerboat Rally / Poker Run!

This year we are adding some new exciting things, bringing back some old favorites and further enhancing an already fun weekend. The rally starts Friday in Toms River at the Water Street Bar & Grill and runs to the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City. There will be four start groups for all types of boats and speeds including a 35mph "Easy Cruising" group, a 55mph "cruising" group, a 75mph fast running inshore group, and an ocean running group that has no speed restrictions once clear of the Barnegat inlet. Once in A/C there will be a pool party followed by a BBQ dinner and card opening. Saturday there is a breakfast and you can either depart home or stay for the day and join us on a fun run for lunch. We will return to the Golden Nugget for an afternoon of relaxing with at "The Deck" bar with live entertainment all day and night. Saturday night is open for all to enjoy all A/C has to offer and there will be a group departure Sunday around noon.

We will also be celebrating the life of our dear friend Anthony Sauta who we tragically lost over the winter. Anthony was one of our longtime members, on the NJPBC board of directors and was just an all around great guy. Many people on OSO knew him as he was an active participant in the Florida Powerboat Club, Poker Runs America and a regular at many offshore racing events especially Key West. He was a close friend and will be missed by all.

Friday is the last day to sign up! If you are in the area, it is a great weekend!

If we can pull it off we will be there...just to spend the weekend with "Jokers Wild" and it's crew....of course as well to boat on waters "Nauti Monkey" has never been on.... It will be a last minute thing for us so hopeful when we make the phone call you all have room for us.

We should have room for you on the run, the problem will be the hotel rooms. You may have to get a room outside the Golden nugget but there are plenty of cabs and it is easy to get around.
