Power distribution in the bilge. What all are you guys using?
I need to add a keyed fused block with a relay in the bilge but not finding what I’m looking for. Painless wiring has a lot of kits but a little too light duty for what I need. I need at least one 12g wire for the DUI ignition and would like to run the hatch actuator through two 40a relays, but most of the complete kits have 16g wires.
I can make up a system with relays and what not but looking for a cleaner look if possible.
Also, some time ago I saw a kit mentioned here that automatically switches batteries when power is drawn down to low to keep one charged for starting but can’t remember the name of it.

I cant think of any fuse block that incorporates a relay operation. If you are wanting to power several accessories thru a fuse block, I think you are going to have to build your own. Blue Sea has a HD solenoid that can be used to power up a fuse block. Or just buy a latching solenoid used for high amp stereos. Probably alot cheaper that route. I went that route for my stereo. Just cant use a solenoid that isnt built for constant use, such as a Ford starter solenoid. Those are just for intermittent use.

Blue Seas SI-ACR for your last question. If I follow your thinking
