If I change our 454s for two normal rotation motors I will need starboard trans to reverse rotation (I have arnesons) - is there a Borg Warner 71/72 formfactor trans that can do that?

Unfortunately there is not. You need a trans with a lay shaft. Something like a ZF. But the output is offset from the input.
