A pair of drop in ready 540’s with 525 EFI Ignition & Fuel System, 620HP I lost my Baja in a storage unit fire while I had the motors out so I ‘m selling the motors and moving on to a different boat. The motors are complete with headers and are drop in ready. I installed them last year and removed them because I suspected detonation from bad fuel. The engines had 5 hours on them when I removed them. Both have been completely inspected and gone through with new bearings, rings, honed, gaskets, heads milled (.004) and cranks polished. One has been dyno’d and the other goes in on Friday the 11th, if the engines are purchased by then I can work the dyno around your schedule. The blocks were magnaflux’d, decked, line honed, cylinders bored and honed to 4.5 inches. Heads are brand new Edlebrock marine heads, new Isky cams and new Red Zone roller lifters, new Crane roller rockers, new Scat Cranks and Rods, new Manley hardened push rods, new flywheels, new balancers, new H rod and main bearings, new Melling oil pumps, new timing chains, new cam bearings, new rings, new Forged pistons, new complete engine gaskets, new headbolts, complete engine balance, new alternators and new water pumps. The computers were just reprogramed for the 540 ci modification. The one engine was Dyno’d and both computers were reprogramed at Precision Performance Marine. The other engine will be Dyno’d in Dallas. The engines make 620 HP, I have the Dyno sheet. I have almost $44,000 into both engines. I’m looking to get $40,000 or best offer for the pair.
