Default Tim McDonald Oregon Custom Marine Arrested Today.

For those of you that know the story of tim and OCM in havasu that pulled the national marine shim sham and screwed a LOT of people out of a LOT of money...he was finally arrested today hiding out on a boat in the Newport Beach harbor in so cal. He had a no bail felony warrant and is being charged with 23 felony counts of theft and fraud.

I know there’s some members on here that got wrapped up in his mess of robbing peter to pay Paul - selling boats with no title, not paid off and selling consignment boats and never paying the owners. It took a while but now hopefully he will be held accountable.

Glad to hear a dirt-bag boat guy got what is coming to him! I've lost money on 3 different occasions to owners of boat manufacturing companies. That's part of why I'm such a die-hard Skater fan, Peter Hledin is the most stand up guy you'll ever find in the performance marine industry.

Good to hear, glad he’s in the gray bar motel.
Wonder how long the taxpayers will get to support him with 3 hots and a cot.

Being filed in Az...Each felony count is a minimum of 2 and max of 12 year sentence. I presume he'll plead out and do 5-10 years. Unless the feds decide to charge him as well since there was a lot of crossing state lines and tax evasion issues. That could still be pending.

If It goes federal, maybe he can jail with Ben Kramer! I see an exclusive Apache brokerage deal in the future, say 10-15 years away. (7 with good behavior).
