Can I reuse my gaskets in between my elbows and header?

Can I reuse my gaskets in between my elbows and headers I’m trying to get to flappers inside my tips but the tips won’t come off. I’ve tried unclamping the rubber between the elbow and tips and the tips still won’t come out the stern so can I just take the elbows off and get to the flappers and then reuse the gaskets for the elbows?

The riser gasket??? replace it.... you do realize that if it leaks to the inside it could be new motor time
