operation odessa - Fort Apache
Maybe this is old news, I did a search and didn't see anything pop up.
Anyways Netflix/Amazon have a Documentary called "Operation Odessa" anyways it is a good watch. It revolves around a Russian dude named Tarzan and his rise and dealing with Juan Almeida (owner of Fort Apache at the time) and although it doesn't center completely around power boating there is a lot of Miami lore and there is some minor bits of the story mostly in the beginning about the Offshore scene back then and Fort Apache Marina. If you are into this kind of stuff I definitely recommend watching it. The ties in the movies connect a lot of dots with other stories from that era.
