Three simple questions on a 496ho/Bravo One X

One post per question, very easy for you guys.....
Assuming this discolored yellowish thing is my speedo pitot tube blocked off, does everyone leave it just flapping around in the breeze? Would it be better disconnected and removed? I guess it can't get into trouble where it is but looks untidy.

Oil drain tube?
One end taps into the bottom of the oil pan and the other is blocked off with a square headed plug and secured loosely to the wiring harness up high on the engine. As you can see, it hangs very close to the down pipe of the Corsa Captains Call. Is this at risk of getting burnt? The pipes don't seem to get very hot but it just looks a bit clumsy.

Another one near the Captains Call down pipe, plug wires for the rear two cylinders on the starboard side.
Once again, the pipes don't get seriously hot because they're either closed off, or have cooling water rushing through them. Nowhere obvious to secure the wires but flopping around like a d!ck in a shirt sleeve seems a bit awkward.
