Default dual power steering pumps . hydrolic steering

so last week port side powersteering pump hydrolic line separated at the fitting , keeps building pressure and blowing the fluid out of the remote tank that feeds both steering pumps . im wondering are the fighting each other , special filling of the actual pumps ? THERE ARE no RESEVIORS on the pumps . I thought going lock to lock on the steering wheel to bleed air out n be on my way .. not . something building pressure and blowing fluid out the tank, lots of air circulating in reservoir it appears also .. pinched line maybe pulled motor last week to change coupler . line looks pinched under rear of motor . but moves fluid it appears .
